Let us play target test outside of arcade mode#134

It’d be nice to practice the target mode outside of Arcade, or at the very least have something else to do.

It isnt much but I am doing daily posts in the backer general chat. I need this more than you know!

Somewhere along the line, I’m hoping it gets music too.

This is a big want for me. I was so plesantly suprised when playing it in Arcade.

Be cool if it also gave you a global ranking among all players for your fastest time.

And please let us keep the input display on between attempts. Lack of support for Target Tests has made finding and optimizing routes very difficult for the community
