Add option to filter out high rollback matches#1403

Currently, the only control we have for matchmaking is regional preferences (which annoyingly reset every time I play). The problem is that I cannot control the amount of rollback frames. From where I live, my ping to the servers is shown to be between 45-60 on the closest servers. Which is totally fine by me if I’m also playing with 2-3 rollback frames. But I have now had multiple games where I have 70 ping to my opponent’s <10 ping, and also 6-7 rollback frames (I am on ethernet, so presumably my opponent is on WiFi in these situations but I have no idea). Especially in such a fast-paced movement game as RoA2, it legitimately feels impossible to track and react to my opponent’s movement. So please let me filter the games that will have high rollback frames, its such a miserable experience.

Rollback is not tied to a server, it only rolls back when you lag, and because this game uses player to server to player connection, your lag wont affect another player
You said it yourself, you had 70 ping, and your opponent had 10, ethernet has nothing to do with it, 70 ping is 70 ping
Sorry that your lag has affected your gaming experience though

I guess I am just used to more robust rollback netcode. In my previous experience playing Strive, SF6, and 2XKO (which uses servers), high rollback frames was almost always due to the other player being on an inconsistent connection (typically wifi). I’ve had plenty games with upwards of even 120 ping and fine gameplay on the aforementioned games.

Regardless its not okay for the game to create these matches in the first place if it creates such one-sided experiences. Hopefully the patch today that prevents matches on unselected servers will solve this issue.
