
Right now the most optimal way of getting exp is making a match go as long as it can which can be annoying if there’s a large skill gap between people. For example, if I three stock someone as Maypul I’m most likely gonna only get around 160-180 xp. I feel like there should be two things added to make this less egregious. One thing I’d add is a 20-30 xp if you get a win, and another thing I’d add is 10 xp for each stock you have. Going back to the example I mentioned, I’d get an extra 30 xp for not losing a stock. If it’s a close game though and I end up only having one stock after beating my opponent then I just get 10 xp. I feel like these changes would help mitigage the concern of a match not going on long enough to get the optimal amount of xp
this motivates to cheese more and discourages to play to learn and i disagree with that
