Make the stages more lively! (Like RoA1 Julesvale)#1761

Add detail to stage backgrounds drawn from the game’s universe! (Characters/creatures/little bit of animated flair)
I really liked seeing the Julesvale citizens interract with the platforms in the original RoA.
I’m certain the stages are kept clean for competitive purposes, but details like those are really charming. It’s low on the priority list, but please consider it if you plan to add/modify stages in the future <3
