Okay bubblebutt nerf but, dash attack and down air being this mutch negative on hit removes almost all aproach options the character may have. There is down tilt and neutral air… that’s pretty mutch it. Bair isn’t something you want to get in with, Fair stalls the opponent and is really hard to combo off of, Uptilt, is alright but, both Uptilt and Fair aren’t really usefull as aproaching tools and Orane’s kit generally has no reach. The orcane gameplay without any good aproach options is campy as hell. Trying to play him agressively just leaves you punished for actually hitting your opponent.

Orcane’s reach comes from his movement, sure but, I feel like some may misinterpret him wiff punishing you and behing a bit evasive with camping or passive play. If he keeps back dashing away from you or hydrosliding behind you like an anime protag… just wait 1 sec, shield him, then punish him… or simply let him run away into a corner.

Also small tangent but, isn’t zetterburn’s fireball mildly overtuned? Like damn it comes out fast for a half stage wide projectile (I’m probably just bad against it tbh) Lox gotta be jealous like hell.

Ps; I’m low elo (probably because I was playing Orcane) so my opinion is worthless but, please correct me if I’m wrong and let’s elaborate how we’d like Orcane being buffed… because I mean, no way our boy gotta be done like that and not buffed at some point right?

TLDR; Dash attack and Dair buff (Less recovery on hit) = not campy Orcan

Also, Fleet and Ranno are better candidates for camping at least after 1.0.3.

Hitfall dair literally combos into Orcane’s smash attacks. Not sure that’s a great target for buffs.

Dash attack is pretty unused right now for sure, and could def do with some buff. The other thing that should really be fixed about the character is his backair just straight up not connecting the second hit more than 50% of the time.
