Allow using the same skin/palette as opponent#1772

if the person I’m playing against is using the same palette as me it just does not let you use it I wish it was like r1 where online it would just switch theirs to the default pallete or another one so I can still use the pallete

This would also fix an issue where you can figure out what character your opponent picked by cycling through all the skins/palettes
