Remove Warsaw as a server#1776

The server has insane instabillity constant rollback frame drops lagg spikes.

Yes. Warsaw Server needs to be taken offline ASAP.

I mean, you could just turn it off?

Recently this server is set as my lowest ms one (Im in Spain, so it’s pretty far away) so the games decides to queue me there resulting in games with a lot of rollback. I know i can turn it off but it gets annoying to remember it everytime I open the game, and if i forget, i get a really laggy match.
