Add a last stock ost for the stages like Aetherial gates had in Rivals 1#1791

I feel like it adds a lot to the match if the music also ramps up when both players are on their last stock, especially with the cool last stoc visuals on the stages. Tekken and Streetfighter do it aswell and even Rivals 1 had it with Aetherial Gates and Frozen gates.
