Delay in shop menu#1816

Please fix the weird loading in the shop menu, often the content of the shop is loaded immediately but for some reason I have to wait a couple of seconds until the loading icon dissapears even though everything is loaded. Also make it so that when you click on a skin in the “Bucks” menu the page doesn’t scroll all the way up but instead stays where it’s been so we don’t have to scroll down everytime we want to check out how a skin looks.
