Make fleets dash attack work more like melee peaches#1856

Ya as the title suggests just have her dash attack send at the same angle as melee peach rn the more is kind of useless on di out a most percents but if the angle was like melee and it connected slightly better that would solve this issue.

They are saving it for Pomme.
