Zen Mode#1870

Add a setting that disables displaying rank(possibly by defult). Rank on the main menu is blacked or X’d out and when loading into a match it will not the rank of you or your competitor. You should however, be able to see your current ranks if you hover over whatever is used to mask it in the main menu.
