Servers list and Server Blacklisting#200

Sometimes put into a server far away even when you did not wanted to play there. For some people in Asia, even close by locations get connection issues due to routing problems.

Adding an option to blacklist servers would allow you to play ranked without the fear of getting put in there.

On another note for Asia in specific the server list seems to have changed between the playtest and the final release.

Bring Back Changuhua
I made a tweet explaining why this server is so important to the rivals scene in Asia. Basically without it the Japan and SEA scenes stay split making the scene much smaller and ranking unfair.

In short this server is the middle ground for SEA and Japan to play, it is also quite a good server and doesn’t have lag spiking issues as Melbourne has been reported and Seoul(reporting right now, this server sucks).

Jakarta is also gone, it was quite useful for SEA and Australia scenes as both get good ping to it.

I still have Jakarta on my list despite it being nowhere near me lol for some reason it doesn’t have a full list of the servers available even if you’re closer to some. I’m canadian and all that show up are US servers its really strange

This server is important for Philippines players fight Japan players in tournaments.
