Prevent the same two people from matching again after a set in Ranked#384

This has happened to me legitimately 7 different times in my about 5 hours of ranked since the demo. Sometimes we even match three sets in a row. This isn’t fair for either party since the winner usually just farms more ranked points off of the loser.

I don’t come across this problem in any other game, so I assume there’s some kind of protection in place in the matchmaking for them if it’s not just a huge player count.

Personally i think this is mostly fine because you theoretically play against similar skilled players, and in my experience, lots of times the sets go back and forth (which in terms of points is a net 0 but oh well)

But what I DO want is to prevent the same two people from matching again if one of the players is doing their placement matches. Multiple times there was an unranked player I fought and I lowkey stomped them, and then I played that same player again immediately after! Rip their placements ahah

I just got completely smoked by a really good lox and immediately fought him again. I would also like this change lol.

Mmmm, there’s also people like myself who want such rematches, so I’d rather a toggle for this. Also this would definitely hurt queue times depending on the activity of the region. Lastly a way to get around this sometimes is not queing for a sec to let that person find someone first.
