Make so coin conversions get affected by the "+20% coins earned" boost (if it doesnt work like that already)#70

Pretty self explainatory, if it doesn’t work make the “+20% coins earned” boost from the starter pack also increase the amount of coins you recieve from converting bucks into coins.

The design is around coins earned, not coins overall. We’re not planning on changing that right now.
